Customers can request cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of services by contacting us through our official support channels.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products

We offer non-tangible digital products such as online courses and e-books. Once the product is delivered or accessed, no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Policy for Services

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be evaluated and processed based on the scope of work completed.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
